Arelys is married to a NYC firefighter and is the proud mom of two girls.  In her spare time, she loves to read health and spirituality books.  She is a fan of Dr. Mehmet Oz and enjoys his publications.

Arelys is certified through Power Pilates and has been practicing since 2004.  Prior to joining Natural Balance, Arelys owned and operated Liberty Fitness, and was responsible for overseeing the work of other Pilates practitioners.

In addition to Pilates, Arelys also has a background in circuit training with free weights and cardio workouts.
