Dr. Palumbo is an avid Yoga practitioner.

Dr. Palumbo holds a doctorate in Clinical Nutrition, with a specialty in Pediatric Endocrinology from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Palumbo has expertise in adult weight management, sports nutrition, and wellness nutrition. He is currently on the faculty of the City University of New York and has also taught at the Swedish Institute for Allied Health Services.
