Lauren is a motivated and talented therapist who is known for being a hardworking multi-tasker, and can therefore approach her clients with a holistic mindset that addresses several needs at once.  She likes to focus first on the immediate issue that may be causing pain or discomfort, but then she looks for all the other connecting factors, via a variety of modalities and philosophies.

Lauren's specialties include Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, and a unique form of Shiatsu that incorporates elements of Amma Therapy, for a very therapeutic experience.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys working out with kick-boxing, and enjoying spending time with her family and friends.
