Rachel is a graduate of the Swedish Institute.  Her approach is to listen to both what the client tells her and what the client's muscles tell her.  She is highly intuitive and utilizes her senses to provide a customized treatment.  Rachel is a very compassionate and thoughtful therapist.

Her specialties include Deep Tissue, Sports, Shiatsu and Reflexology.  Her touch is equally soothing and very firm when necessary.  She has the ability to hone in on trigger points with razor-like sharpness.  Rachel's massage is a seamless symphony of flow, movement and pressure. 

Rachel's interests include reading and playing the piano.
